While we recommend that you place your order online, you are always welcome to call our friendly shoe experts toll free at 1-866-393-9291 to place an order over the phone. Our Customer Service Center is open M-F 10am-4pm EST.
Shortly after your order is submitted you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Once you place your order, we can't edit the shipping address or the items within the order. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we'll do what we can to help.
