Is there a fee to return items?
Outbound Shipping on full priced items is FREE. However, returns have a $9.95 Restocking/Shipping Fee.
How long does it take to ship/receive my order?
We aim to have all orders processed within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order (excluding weekends and public holidays), but it may take a bit longer during the holidays due to high order volumes. Delivery time varies dependent upon your location. Y
Do you charge sales tax on merchandise?
Sales tax will be added to orders based on your location and local tax law. You will see the appropriate tax added to your order during checkout.
What if my order is defective?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please contact us so that our customer support team can assist. Unauthorized third party purchases are not covered by Therafit Shoes.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently do not offer shipping to countries outside of Canada and the United States
